I started William E. Oliver Associates in September of 2000 to position privately-held companies for sale, then market, negotiate and complete their sale. While I sell all types of businesses, I have the most experience selling manufacturing, construction and service companies.

I encourage owners to allow Oliver Associates to enhance the value of their company first, and then complete their sale. This allows their company to become the value investment that buyers want in today’s market.
